Operational instruction
For the sake of you to operate our product easily and correctly, please read this instruction detailedly.

1. Start up: this product adopts SMOS energy-saving circuit design, microcomputer switch and color-screen display. At using, switch on the side power-supply switch, the product begins to operate automatically; it will shutdown in time delay at blue-screen or non-using; it will also start up at using again; if it’s long-time non-using or transport please power off.

Tip: blue screen is for normal operating; red screen indicates under-voltage.

2.Calibrate: put this instrument on the black A board with high glossiness, aim at the center, turn the adjustment knob to make the reading on display identical as the nominal.? At this point, instrument has been checked up and can be used in gauge.

3.Gauge: put the instrument which has been calibrated on the surface which will be gauged, the actual glossiness.

4.Verify: users may do it at irregular intervals according to the instrument state. Put the instrument which has been calibrated on the white B board with low glossiness, aim at the center, the reading on display should be identical or has an error under ±1.0 glossiness unit as the nominal on the board B, If’s bevond the ranae.? Please clean the boards A and B and then do it again, or contact directly with us.

5.Charge: when the display gets, the reading move up and down and be unsteady, and the instrument ?can not operate normally, which show it will be out of power supply, at this point it is essential to charge. When the charger is plugged in, the blue screen gets bright and charging begins, at the same time the instrument will shut down automatically. When the charging has been finished, the intellectualized circuit will switch off power supply automatically, and the orange screen gets bright, which shows the charge has been full, please pull out the charger, and use it normally.

Application range：
This product can be used in gauge and evaluation of glossiness of metal or non-material suface after they have been polishing, such as paint,
printing ink , paper, mchining, marble, granite, terrazzo, ceramic tile and artiffical marble.
