Safety Adherence Regulation

To use ceremic tiles and stone as construction material, it should take an examination of strength of adherence in advance. The sample for examination should be made according to the method and material which are to be used on construction in the case and provide it to authentic laboratory for profesional test on its adherence. This step is to make sure the safety of adherence on building and avoid the loose and dislocation on construction.

Result of Experiment
Under the assistance of SGS Laboratory, Loosaver found that the traditional strength of adherence between construction material (including Marble, Granite, Artificial Stone, and Polished Quartz Tile) and cement is less than 1 kgf / cm2. However,
it is also obviously showed in the experiment that the control group which had used LoosaverPrimer perform at least 10 times better.

Standard Using Process:
Clean up the back of tile and stone.
Dry the back of tile and stone.
When spraying LoosaverPrimer on the back of construction material,
keep the distance with 20~30 cm.

Construction Material can be laid down or kept stand.
Observe the absorbency of material, then do over-all spray.
Twice spray is recommended till saturated.
The process of volatilization will last aroudn 5 minutes outdoor and 10 minutes indoor.
Stick to grout.
The effectiveness after spray will last 7 days. The installation can be conduct
as long as its stickness remains. After spray, construction material need to be
placed separately with each other.
